THIS! 👍 But this kind of shift only works well when the product team is working tightly together (PdM, UX, Dev). The communication that detailed design documentation once provided has to be replaced with frequent conversations. Flow work and use cases definitely deserves some upfront thinking through, but sometimes just pairing with a developer in front of the UI can shave a lot of time off visualizing an interface or an animation.
